Agreement
By using Cognisync services you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.
Services
Cognisync provides software development, database engineering, AI infrastructure, IoT and embedded systems, cloud and integration services as described in your proposal or statement of work. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined there.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate requirements and timely feedback, and to provide the access to systems, data and people that the work needs.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the software and other deliverables we create for you is set out in your statement of work. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain with their owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only to deliver or receive the services.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the twelve months before a claim.
